When my wife and I started this process we originally set out to re-fi our home and do some upgrades. But a friend told us about Michele and how she had sold their home in just a few hours, in the same neighborhood, and that it might be worth looking into having her come take a look at our home. It’s a decision we would not regret. Michele first came over to look at our home and give us an estimate of how much she thought she could sell it for. Once we heard the number we excited but she said she needed to find us a new home before she could put it ours on the market. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in our new home and immediately found listings for us to review. We narrowed those down to about a dozen and we went and looked at them all one Saturday. There were a couple that we really liked and one that was our dream home. We went back on Sunday to look at it again and knew for sure it was the one. Within a few hours we had an accepted contract offer. The very next weekend we pit our house on the market and in less than 48 hours we had an offer on our home for full asking price. Michele Jones is very good at what she does. She was very patient and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. She even referred a handyman that helped fix a couple of inspection issues for a very reasonable price. We will recommend Michele to all our friends and family in the Northern Colorado area who need a Realtor!

Michele Taylor is knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were overwhelmed at the thought of buying a house and finding a real estate agent who could help us navigate through uncharted waters. She came through in spades. She was very helpful in pointing out things, knowing about the neighborhoods, and listened to what we wanted. She worked with our schedule and she showed us LOTS of homes. We lived in another state while we were house hunting so on the times that we could get down here it was GO! GO! GO! and that was nice (tiring, but we had to do it). No dawdling or anything. She pulled houses that she thought we would like and scheduled showings for houses that we had emailed and said we were interested in looking at. If you want someone who is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, then look no further.

Michele was just amazing from the start of the whole process. We had been using another realtor, who just was not getting the job done. Our mortgage consultant referred us to Michele, and WOW is pretty much all I can say! She immediately returned my phone calls, was very good at asking questions to find out what kind of home we were searching for. She didn’t send us listings that didn’t meet our criteria. She was fantastic at helping with the process of putting in offers and responding to counter offers, and once we finally had an accepted offer, she was right there through every step and gave us a list of what to expects for the upcoming month as we awaited the finance side of things. She was a great communicator on all sides of the transaction, and helped calm me down when things didn’t go as they were expected to. She was my calm during the storm, and I never felt like she was bothered by my calls or persistent worries! I found Michele online among a group of other realtors. I started to read reviews, saw hers and called her. We had recently moved to CO from Vermont, not ever moving before or buying a house, I was very nervous. Michele set me at ease right away. She was actually on the road to her vacation, I told her I would call when she got home, but she insisted on talking to me. We learned a little about each other and she said she would call when she arrived home. Sure enough, she called as soon as she got home from vacation. Michele listened to our needs. She never showed us a house that wasn’t where or what we were looking for. We are now in a country home of our dreams. And Michele is now a great friend of ours.
